Produced by Tasmanian Gourmet Kitchen in Cambridge, Tasmania. Slow roasted tomatoes and eggplant cooked with an Indian spice blend- spiced rather than spicy this kasundi is full of flavour. Delicious with chicken or fish and great for vegetarian dishes.
