Pressing Matters R9 Riesling 2022

This off-dry fruit focussed wine softens its bold acidity with a dash of residual sugar (9 grams). Produced at our Coal River Valley winery from estate grown vines planted in rich black soil over a shard of limestone. This rare geology gives the wine finesse, minerality and long-lived structure.
