Sandy Gray Absinthe

Sandy Gray Absinthe is distilled in the traditional french style using the holy trinity of green anise, fennel seed and wormwood (among other botanicals).

It is naturally coloured with Melissa, Hyssop and Roman Wormwood so it will fade in sunlight.

To be consumed in the traditional manner or simply mix with water.
