Pressing Matters TEXTURE Riesling 2023

A Layered, full-bodied Riesling style wild fermented in large old oak puncheons and left to mature on its lees. Produced at our Coal River winery from estate grown vines and planted in rich black soil over a shard of limestone. This rare geology gives the wines finesse, minerality and long-lived structure.
